About The Womanning
The Womanning is an online magazine and resource for women of the Manning Valley, and women everywhere, featuring local expert articles, stories of motherhood, advice from professionals across all areas related to womanhood and motherhood, as well as content from homeschooled kids in the region. Our mission is to celebrate, connect, and empower women of the Manning Valley by creating a shared space for stories, knowledge, and community voices.

Mission Statement
At The Womanning, our mission is to celebrate, connect, and empower the women of the Manning Valley by creating a shared space for stories, knowledge, and community voices.
We believe that every woman’s experience matters; whether she’s raising children, building a business, caring for family, shaping community, or exploring her own path of growth and wellbeing. Through heartfelt storytelling, trusted professional advice, and contributions from across the Valley, we bring together the collective wisdom of women to lift each other up.
This magazine exists to amplify local voices, preserve authentic stories, and create a supportive circle where women of all ages and stages can see themselves reflected, valued, and encouraged. Together, we’re building more than a publication, we’re building a living, breathing record of women’s lives in the Manning Valley.
What we offer
Real Stories by Real Mums: Genuine narratives that explore the triumphs, challenges, and humour of womanhood in our valley.
Expert Wisdom, Peer Perspective: Articles written by trusted professionals we know personally. These include all kinds of experts from wellness coaches to financial mentors, side-by-side with grassroots insights and first hand knowledge from mums in the trenches.
Homeschooled Voices: Inviting creative content from regional homeschooled children, providing a space to showcase their work and be proud of our kids.
Community Directories: Curated lists of resources, businesses, and events — shared and rated by local mums who care.
Event Showcase: Events either hosted locally or online in a way that is accessible for Manning Valley residents.
Join the circle
Share your stories, knowledge, events and be part of the record. Help other women who are in the trenches with us find their ladder out, or feel like they're not alone. We want to hear from you with recommendations, upcoming events, groups and things to do. If it's something that other women in the Manning Valley would find helpful, please pass it along.
Funding and sponsorship
The Womanning is currently unfunded but we are looking at adding advertising options to the website to support local business and use the advertising spaces to fund the upkeep and hosting of the website. All stories and work put into this venture are volunteered.
